It is important to assure if the products manufactured or services offered comply with the quality standards. The best way to do so is to monitor quality of products in the design phase. It can be said that quality assurance is a design related process. Whenever the concept of quality is discussed, it is debated over that quality control is a reactive method and the quality of products is analyzed when the defect has already been occurred. Based on this, a better way is to rectify the defect before the manufacture of the product i.e. in the design phase, making the whole process proactive.
