It can be said that quality assurance is a design related process. Whenever the concept of quality is discussed, it is debated over that quality control is a reactive method and the quality of products is analyzed when the defect has already been occurred. Based on this, a better way is to rectify the defect before the manufacture of the product i.e. in the design phase, making the whole process proactive.
