Churn refers to the deflection of customers. It happens when the customers stop buying the products or services of an organization and sometimes also move towards the competitors for the same product or service. The churn must be reduced. It can be done by focusing on the key customers of the business. Churn can be reduced by promptly responding to any communication attempt made by the customer, feedbacks from customers, offer time to time incentives to the customers etc. It is important for an organization to determine customer churn from time to time. Churn is more common in the service industry.
