Risk Assessment Notes:
Every project has some uncertainty. It is important for the project team to identify and assess all the risks associated with the project. Risk assessment involves identification of potential risks and uncertainties in a project. It also helps in determining the likelihood of each risk and categorize them according to their level of impact on the project. The risks are rated as low, medium, high based on their chance of occurrence and impact. The risks are also prioritized while performing risk assessment.
