Controlled Processing Notes:
Programmed and controlled procedures are the two classifications of intellectual handling. Every single subjective procedure fall into either of those two classes. The measures of "handling power", consideration, and exertion a procedure requires is the essential factor used to decide if it's a controlled or a programmed procedure.
