Work Team Definition:
A group whose individual efforts result in performance that is greater than the sum of the individual inputs.

Work Team Notes:
A team of representatives that works semi-autonomously on repeating assignments. Work groups are most valuable where occupation substance changes regularly and representatives with constrained aptitudes and a particular arrangement of obligations can't adapt. The motivation behind making groups is to give a structure that will expand the capacity of representatives to take an interest in arranging, critical thinking, and basic leadership to more readily serve clients.
