Communication is a crucial part of project. It is important for a project team to communicate effectively with each other, with project manager and with customer. In fact, communication makes a project successful as problems, progress, status, everything related to the project must be shared. Due to this reason, a communication management plan must be developed. Communication management plan is a part of project management plan that enlists the ways of planning, structuring, implementing and monitoring communication throughout the project. The information available in a communication management plan includes stakeholder communication requirements, language, format, content of the communicated information, reason for distribution of the information, method used to communicate a particular information, allocated resources for communication activities, roles and responsibilities of members in communication etc.
