Communication is an important part of a project which involves two or more parties. A communication model involves method to communicate information, the involved parties, steps needed to communicate the information and communication method. One of the communication model is called basic sender/receiver communication model. This model involves two parties, a sender and a receiver. The aim of this communication model is to make sure that the message or information is delivered to the receiver. The steps involved in the basic sender/receiver communication model are encoding (the message or information is coded in the form of words or symbols for transmission), transmission (the message is sent to the receiver through a communication technology), and decoding (the message received by the receiver is translated into a form easily understandable by the receiver).
