Departmentalization Notes:
Departmentalization means gathering exercises and individuals into offices, making it conceivable to extend associations, from a certain perspective, to an inconclusive degree. Departmentalization alludes to the formal structure of the association, made out of different offices and administrative positions and their associations with one another.
