Twitter is a microblogging and person to person communication administration on which clients post and collaborate with messages known as "tweets". Tweets were initially confined to 140 characters, however on November 7, 2017, this point of confinement was multiplied to 280 for all dialects aside from Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
