Document Analysis Notes:
As everything is documented during a project, these documents can be used to get relevant information for a particular area. This process is called documents analysis. Document analysis involve assessing the information written in the documents and gathering the information for future use. Documents analysis can be performed in many areas of the project e.g. requirements identification and selection, quality management etc. In case of requirements identification, a variety of documents can be analyzed. These include business plans, process flows, agreements/contracts, request for proposal, and use cases etc. In the area of quality management, different quality reports, performance reports, variance analysis results etc. can be used to check what can go wrong in the project regarding quality which can affect the project's requirements.
