Brain Writing Notes:
Data and information regarding different stakeholders must be gathered/collected while identifying the stakeholders. One way to do this is brain writing. Brain writing is a modification of brainstorming technique which uses a group of people to generate new ideas in a creative and innovative way. Brain writing on the other hand allows the participant of the group to ponder upon the question or questions related to the main topic before the actual session takes place. In stakeholder identification, brain writing technique can be used. As the participants have already thought about possible stakeholders individually, they discuss their ideas within the session and the results get refined through the discussion.
