Performance Specifications Notes:
Requirement cycle of the project involves defining the requirements. The requirements of the project can be any supplies, products, services, materials etc. After the requirements are identified, the required items are procured. Requirements also include the needed specifications of the procured items. Among the three types of specifications, one is performance specifications. As the name indicates, performance specifications refer to the characteristics that a product must possess to perform its intended function well. The performance specifications are the characteristics or capabilities of the product that can be measured. The performance specifications show what the procured product is capable to do.
