This data is to be analyzed in order to make decisions regarding stakeholders' engagement, influence and impacts etc. The process of analyzing stakeholders' data and information to assess the changes in the project that are related to them is called stakeholder analysis. Stakeholder analysis is used to make decisions regarding the engagement of stakeholders in the project planning, policies, strategies etc. The data and information that can be analyzed using stakeholder analysis can include stakeholder's position in the organization, his/her role and responsibility in the project, expectations, attitudes, and stakes (ownership, interest, knowledge, rights, contribution etc.).
