Design Specifications Notes:
The first step of a project is to identify the requirements for the project. The requirements can include the products, services, and supplies etc. that are needed to be procured for the project to carry it out successfully. In addition to the requirements specifications must also be identified for the procured products or services. A specification is a written or graphical description of the needed item. Specifications can be of three types. One of them is called design specifications. Design specifications deal with the physical characteristics of the procurement requirements. Design specifications can include dimensions, aesthetics, and maintenance of the procured items.
