Resource Calendar Notes:
As a number of different resources are involved in a project, they can sometimes be unavailable due to many reasons. A resource calendar is a list that displays the number of working days, shift times and holidays to show the availability of each resource at every time. A resource calendar helps to determine the amount of time all the resources (material, people and equipment) will be available during the entire course of the project. To estimate/calculate resource utilization, the data regarding the potential availability of the resources for a specific activity time can be used which is given by the resource calendars. Resource calendars may also include the geographical location of the resources, and skill level and experience of the resources (in case of human resource).
