The members of a project team are dependent on each other with respect to their roles and responsibilities. A project team can have members with different demographics and this diversity in the team should not affect its performance adversely. A project team is led by a project manager who guides the team towards the objective. A project team can further be divided into sub teams having a separate leader each. Project teams are usually formed for a specific period of time.
