When the SWOT analysis of the organization is performed, some opportunities are identified. These opportunities can positively affect the organization at all levels. The projects associated with the organization also recognize internal and external opportunities and these opportunities must be availed. Different strategies are used to deal with the opportunities. One of them is called exploit strategy. Using exploit strategy, those opportunities are exploited whose benefits to the project are very high. This means that the exploit strategy is used for high-priority opportunities. The organization tries to make the probability of occurrence of the opportunities 100% in order to avail the benefits associated with them.
