Complexity Notes:
The word 'complexity' refers to something being complicated. Projects can be of different types, easy or complex. Complex projects are considered to be difficult to perform. Complexity can be referred to a number of dimensions. Three dimensions of complexity are commonly used which are system behavior (relationships of components and parts), human behavior (diversity in the group of individuals), and ambiguity (uncertainty in the projects leading to risks). It is sometimes considered that projects are not themselves complex but are considered complex based on the perception of individuals. While performing projects, the characteristics of the projects are defined. Complexity in characteristics can be considered when project has multiple parts, a lot of connections between parts, dynamic interactions between parts etc.
