A project manager is the leader of the project team.A project team members look up to the project management to receive guidance and help.Due to this reason, the leadership skills of a project manager must be strong. a project manager should be able to inspire and motivate the project team members, should be able to communicate with them, and reolve their issues and conflicts. This can be done by adopting any of the several leadership styles. One of them is servant leadership. As the name indicates, servant leadership focuses on serving rather than ordering. A servant leader put other people first and try to serve them in every possible way. A servant leader focuses on the development and well-being of his/her team. He/she develops relationship with the team and provide autonomy to the members. In servant leadership approach, the actual leadership comes after the service.
