Even though it is important to consider cost and time in a project but a project basically revolves around the fact that the deliverables/outcomes of the project must be accepted by the customer, in short, to achieve customer satisfaction. Due to this reason, the requirements of the customer must be understood well first. After that, the requirements should be evaluated and defined clearly so that the activities associated with them can be determined. Throughout the project, the customer's requirements are managed in order to provide acceptable deliverables at the end of the project. Based on the fulfilled requirements, the customers get satisfied. The customer satisfaction is the achieved by providing products that are appropriate to use and according to the defined requirements. A new way to have a happy customer is to engage the customer throughout the project.
