Negotiation Definition:
A process in which two or more parties exchange goods or services and attempt to agree on the exchange rate for them.

Negotiation Notes:
Negotiation alluding to representatives who, in contrast to the patricians, had no recreation time in their enterprising nature; it held the significance of business until the seventeenth century when it took on the discretionary undertone as a discourse between at least two individuals or gatherings proposed to arrive at a gainful result more than at least one issues where a contention exists regarding at any rate one of these issues. It is frequently led by advancing a position and making concessions to accomplish an understanding.
