Logical Data Model Notes:
An organization can involve a very large amount of data. The visual representation of this data is done through logical data models. Logical data models use a standard language or notation. All the entities of the organization i.e. people, things and places/locations are standardized and the relation between them is determined. This relationship is then displayed through logical data models. A logical data model is not specific to one database rather it shows the overview of the structure of the entire organization data. A logical data model includes all the organization's entities which involve attributes, groups, relationships etc. and can be used to check any quality issues in the overall organization.
