Procedural Justice Notes:

Procedural equity concerns the reasonableness and the straightforwardness of the procedures by which choices are made, and might be appeared differently in relation to distributive equity (decency in the conveyance of rights or assets), and retributive equity (decency in the discipline of wrongs).
