Values Definition:
Basic convictions that a specific mode of conduct or end-state of existence is personally or socially preferable to an opposite or converse mode of conduct or end-state of existence.

Values Notes:
In morals, esteem means the level of significance of something or activity, with the point of figuring out what activities are ideal to do or what way is ideal to live (standardizing morals), or to portray the importance of various activities. Worth frameworks are proscriptive and prescriptive convictions; they influence moral conduct of an individual or are the premise of their purposeful exercises. Frequently essential qualities are solid and auxiliary qualities are reasonable for changes. What makes an activity profitable may thus rely upon the moral estimations of the articles it builds, diminishes or adjusts.
