There is an issue associated with these deliverables that they must be maintained. The time span of providing these services extends to the life cycle of the deliverables. Logistic support is the process of providing services to the project deliverables. One of the elements of logistic support is facilities. In order to provide logistics support, sometimes, a property asset may be needed. These assets can include space, equipment, a specific location, special environmental conditions etc. All these assets are referred to as facilities. The process involving the study of the facilities for defining the type of facility and needed improvements in the facilities is called facilities management.
