Risk Response Implementation Notes:
When potential project risks are identified and their probability of occurrence and impact on the project are determined, responses for the risks must be planned. The planned risk responses are implemented through a process called risk response implementation. The aim of risk response implementation is to make sure that the implemented risk responses are according to the planned ones. This helps to reduce the impacts of individual risks and overall project risks and in turn increases the project opportunities. Risk response implementation is performed throughout the project life cycle. Risk response implementation process should be properly focused in order to implement the planned risk responses and protect the project from negative effects of the potential risks.
