Test-analyze-and-fix (TAAF) is the use of a period of dedicated testing to identify and correct deficiencies in a design.

Test Analyze and Fix Notes:
Risks in a project are inevitable. Risks must be identified, monitored and controlled. The chances of occurrence and impact of risk on the project must be reduce in order to control risk. To select the best technique for risk control, cost effectiveness, project schedule impact and risk reduction methods are to be considered. Control actions must be taken to control and reduce risks. One of the risk control actions is called Test-Analyze-and-Fix (TAAF). This action is usually taken at the design stage. A series of tests are run for the particular design, the results are analyzed and any issues in the design are fixed. This is an iterative process and tests are run for a specified period of time. The testing is dedicated for the specific design. Test-analyze--fix method helps in increased reliability.
