There is a need of communication at different stages of the project and among different people. The communication requirements must be identified and analyzed so that the communication within the project is made efficiently. Communication requirements analysis identifies when and which information is needed or required by the stakeholders. The requirements of the information are evaluated on the basis of their type, format and value. The identification of the information needs/requirements use some sources of information. These typically involve stakeholder engagement plan, stakeholder register, organizational chart, development approach, departments involved in the project, internal and external information requirements, legal requirements etc.
