Customer Requirements Notes:
Customer requirements are the features or attributes of the project that a customer expects. Requirements must be identified and clearly mentioned at the start of the project. Customers usually select those contractors that understand their requirements well and propose solutions that would meet their requirements. Customer requirements can be regarding size, color, speed, any physical or operational parameters etc. For example, in the construction of a house, customer requirements can be the covered area, number of rooms, number of storeys, lawn, size of rooms, paint color, parking area etc. The contractor must understand the requirements and provide appropriate proposed solution to fulfill the requirements.
