Deliverables are the expectations of the customer from the contractor and its project team. Deliverables are usually tangible items that are expected to be delivered to the customer after completion of the project. Deliverables can be intangible based on the nature of the project. Deliverables refer to the final outcomes of the project after its successful completion. A deliverable is a result of a project that is intended to be delivered to the customer by the contractor. Deliverables can be massive e.g. a building or a house, or it can be something small e.g. one-page document, a marketing brochure etc.
