Integrated Change Control Notes:
Changes in the project are inevitable. The initiated changes must be managed and controlled effectively. A process that reviews any needed changes, approve the initiated changes and manage and monitor them in an integrated way is called integrated change control. Integrated change control not only considers changes in the project deliverables but also manages the changes in the project documentation and project management plan. The decisions based on the changes can be communicated to the team, customers, and stakeholders using integrated change control. The integration in the change control process helps to take into consideration the changes in the project plan as well because sometimes when the project plan is not considered, the changes in the project can impose risks to the project.
