When communication between two or more parties are made, it is better to involve feedback. Feedback is basically a response made against the communication. Feedback for a situation or a deliverable can also be given, detailing how the receiver/customer feels about it. Feedback encourages the interaction between the communicating parties. Feedback in communication ensures that the receiver has understood the information that is shared with him/her. It is basically a return information which can be used to improve the existing communication way. Feedback is important in every aspect of the project. It is of different types. Some of them are negative feedback, positive feedback etc.
