It is important to communicate any type of information in order to be understood. Communication can involve two or more parties.There are different types of communication model that can be used. These model invlude the method of communication, the parties that are involved and the proper way of information communication. One of the communication model is called interactive communication model. An interactive communication model involves two parties, a sender and a receiver. Feedback is also involved in this model. The aim of the interactive communication model is to make sure that the message or information sent is not only delivered but also understood. In addition to the basic steps of encoding, transmission and decoding, two more steps are involved in this model. One is acknowledgement (the signal to the sender that the message has been received) and feedback (sending a response message to the sender to ensure that the message has been understood).
