Base line Plan Notes:

Baseline plan is a detailed plan of a project. It includes the project budget, schedule, project related activities and tasks, resources etc. Base line plan determines what activities are to be performed, how they will be performed, who will perform the tasks and how the resources will be allocated. A base line plan can be graphical or tabular. Information that should be included in a base line plan include the time duration of each activity, the resources required at each stage, the budget for each activity, and the overall budget of the project. Once a base line plan is implemented, it must be monitored regularly to check if everything is going according to the plan.
