A risk report is a detailed document that includes the summary of the identified risks along with the sources of all the potential risks of the overall project. As the risk management process is performed throughout the project life cycle, so the risk report is developed and updated periodically. The outcomes of the risk analysis, risk response planning, risk monitoring etc. are also included in the risk report. The risk report involves sources of the risks associated with the overall project, number of identified risks, risk categories, risk trends etc. Some more information can also be added to the risk report which depends on the requirements of risk reporting.
