These things must be acquired by a third party or from another part of the organization. When a suitable seller is selected, a contract is made with him which is called purchasing contract. A purchasing contract involves the terms and conditions related to purchasing the product or service. It also includes the details of what is expected of the seller to provide. A purchasing contract is a written document showing the agreement between the buyer and the seller on the basis of some terms and conditions, and the understanding of what will be exchanged between the two parties.
