Resources can include material, equipment, human resources etc. The people involved in the project are combined to form a team which is called project team. The members of the project team have different roles and responsibilities related to the project activities. The task of allocating responsibilities to each project team member is called project team assignment. Project team assignments must be documented. The documentation involves the name of each team member along with his/her roles and responsibilities in the project, taking the form of a directory. In addition, the team members' names can also be added to the project management plan in front of the assigned task.
