SWOT analysis is a tool used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. An organization can identify many different opportunities which will positevley affect the organization and its associated projects. Opportunities can be internal or external. These opportunities must be exploited and used for advantage. A number of strategies can be used to exploit opportunities. One of them is called sharing. Sharing strategy involves switching the ownership of the opportunity to another party so that it can also benefit from that opportunity when it occurs.
