Groupware Notes:
Due to globalization, individuals living in different countries or cities are added to the project team. As communication among the team members and between the team members and the project manager is very important, the members belonging to different locations must also be involved in the communication process. For the reason, a tool called Groupware is used. It is a computer software that helps in idea generation, brainstorming and decision making on team level. Groupware also provides the facility to the members to anonymously contribute in the whole process. When ranking on specific statements is needed, groupware allows the participants to categorize and rank. The reports of the results are produced simultaneously on Groupware.
