These skills are collectively termed as leadership skills. A project manager, as a leader, takes on the responsibility of guiding his or her team by using any of the available leadership styles. One of them is interactional leadership. As the name indicates, interactional leadership involves interacting effectively with others. It also involves considering the interaction of team members with each other. An interactional leader communicate with his/her team and the arising situations to identify any issues so that they can be resolved on time. Interactional leadership enables to develop positive relationship with the group members.
