Project management softwares have been widely used throughout the project life cycle to manage the project more efficiently. A number of different softwares are available to use with a variety of important features. One of the features of a project management software is called customization and integration. Different projects have different needs. This feature helps to cope up with those needs. Also, the project management software can be linked to other related softwares. Customization and integration feature involves customizable user interface which includes giving previlage to the users to change the look of the interface e.g. color, fonts, background etc.). Importing/exporting can also be done through this feature. It involves bringing in different documents from other applications. Multimedia integration can also be done. Different graphics, animations, audio, video can be incorporated into the project.
