Earliest Finish Time Notes:
It is important to estimate the durations of the project related activities along with their sequence after the overall project is divided into tasks and activities. The durations can be estimated using network diagrams. One concept in the network diagram is to calculate the earliest finish time of an activity. Earliest finish time, as the name indicates, shows the earliest time on which an activity will finish. For calculating earliest finish time, earliest start time and the activity duration that is estimated by the team are considered. Adding both the terms i.e. earliest start time and estimated activity duration, earliest finish time of an activity can be calculated.
