Staff Project Notes:
An endeavor that is subjected to limited time, cost and budget is called a project. There are different types of projects that can be carried out. One of them is staff projects. Staff projects are the projects that are carried out by one unit of an organization. The employees of that specific organizational unit work in team to form the project team while the unit's manager is the project manager. Staff projects are resource limited as only the employees of the organizational unit works for the project and external involvement is minimum. Staff project often become successful when only one department of the organization is involved. The team has a single reporting boss like a traditional project so the conflicts are minimized.
