Maturity Notes:
Organizations undertake a number of projects. With the passage of time, they understand the proper techniques and methodologies that can guarantee a successful project. When an organization uses standard techniques in carrying out the projects so that the probability of their success increases, it can be said that the organization is mature. After the project is completed, the project manager, key team members and the top management discusses the used methodologies and their efficiency during the project. In this way, after performing a number of projects, the effective techniques and methodologies are listed and then used in the future projects where they are appropriate and applicable. A mature organization is able to identify the efficient tools and methods and understand how and where to implement them so that the projects are successful.
