Storming Notes:
Development of a team is divided into four stages. The second stage of team development is called storming. The project manager clearly defines the project objective to all the members and explain their roles in achieving the objective at this stage. In the stage of storming, the individual team members try to apply their possessed skills to perform their tasks. The work at this stage is very slow. In storming stage, members might get frustrated as sometimes their expectations regarding the project and their assigned responsibilities are not met. Conflicts arise among the team members and between the members and the project manager. At the stage of storming, the project manager must guide the members in order to satisfy them to some extent so that the performance on the project is not affected.
