The decisions about stakeholders' engagement and involvement and their influence on the project can be made using the stakeholders' information that is gathered by the project team. This information must also be represented. A technique used for this purpose is called stakeholder mapping and representation. Different methods are used for stakeholder mapping and representation. One of them is called stakeholder cube. Stakeholder cube model is a categorization method that uses the grid models (power/influence, power/interest, impact/influence grids) and refine them to three-dimensional model. This three-dimensional model is used by the project team to improve the engagement of the stakeholder community by developing better strategies for communication.
