One of the feature is documentation management. Documentation during a project is very important as it enables to record everything regarding project. Documentation management involves approval process and routing (enables to circulate the reports or documents), change order management (when the changes are initiated), contract management and automation (contains contract templates), meeting management and action items (environment for online meetings), project charter information (showing critical information of the project), requirements management (documentation of deliverables), and time-off requests (approval/rejection of time-off requests).
