It is important to monitor the communication activities to make sure that the communication requirements are fulfilled. This process is called monitoring communication. When the communication activities are monitored, the optimal flow of information as planned is ensured. Communication monitoring is performed throughout the project life cycle. The results and impacts of the communication related to the project are evaluated and monitored so that the right message or information can be sent to the right person at the right time.
