A project cannot tolerate the burden of having a stressed project manager. This is due to the reason that project is a time specific activity and reduced performance of the project manager will lead to untimely completion of the project. Moreover a project manager is the leader of the project team and his or her reduced performance will also affect the morale of the project team. One of them is referred to as feeling worthless. Feeling worthless is an emotional feeling of a project manager to consider himself/herself valueless. This usually happens when the project led by the project manager is not worthy to be performed according to the manager. Feeling worthless sometimes results in a project manager that wants the current project to end so that a new important, worthy, and complex project can be started.
