Schedule Notes:

When a plan for a project is developed, a schedule must be made to carry out the project effectively. A schedule is basically a list of activities that are planned to be performed with in specific time frame. A schedule shows the time at which each activity should start and end so that the overall project is completed at the desired time. A schedule of a project can be developed after estimating time durations for each activity, estimating the start time and the completion time of the overall project, calculating the earliest start and finish times of the activities, determining if there is a slack in each activity time (positive or negative), and identifying the longest path of the activities also called critical path.
